I just received news that I was not selected to be a part of this years exhibition at the Mill Valley City Hall and/or Chamber of Commerce. Better luck next time perhaps.

Thanks to the Mill Valley Art Commission for their consideration.

Marin Open Studios Exhibition

Along with 6 other artists, I will exhibit abstract oil paintings, large and small format, this Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm at the Marin Art and Garden Center, 30 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard in Ross, CA. See professional photographers, abstract/representational painters, and more. Free wine, drinks and snacks will be available. Please feel no pressure to purchase--this is about friends & family coming together to have a good time. I hope you can make it.

A portion of the proceeds from the annual auction is donated to Drawbridge, an agency that provides access to art for homeless children, and Cedars of Marin, which offers an arts program for developmentally disabled adults. (See related website links below).

Mill Valley Arts Commission Call for Artwork

If I'm accepted I will post on Facebook so that anyone interested can come to this exhibit:

The Mill Valley Arts Commission  is now accepting 2D artwork (sorry, we cannot accommodate 3D art or jewelry) from artists and/or guest curators in the greater Bay Area to be considered for a show in the City Hall Council Chambers or Mill Valley Community Center. Some of the shows may include more than one artist. Shows are hung for one month; opening receptions are held on the first Tuesday of the month, and are part of the downtown monthly Mill Valley ArtWalks.
